Meadow Dale Farm House -  Pylesville MD

Skorpa Design was commissioned to design a major addition and renovation to the Farm House at Meadow Dale Farm in Pylesville Maryland.  The Original House was constructed in three pieces with the original being a log structure that is 100 years old.

Our design incorporated 2/3 of the original house using the old log structure as a centerpiece.  We used simple forms for the addition which is separate from and sits in front of the original house.  We then used a large wrap around porch to visually connect the two structures

The Design includes a modern kitchen, formal dining room, study / bourbon room, living room with a large wood burning fire place, guest suite and two new bedrooms including a master suite.

    This project was completed in December of 2014.
